History

Alan Krakower, otherwise known as Ra Uru Hu, created the Human Design System in 1994 after encountering an inexplicable mystical experience. He experienced “a Voice,” an intelligence far superior than anything he had ever known on this human realm. This encounter lasted for eight days and nights during which he received a transmission of information, which he then compiled into the Human Design System. ​ ​ ​ The very foundations of his work is based on the Chinese classic texts, the I’Ching, or Book of Changes, an ancient divination tool over 3000 years old. Forming what he called the Rave I’Ching, Ra Uru Hu then created his Human Design System, the key to unlocking the code of our genetics.
