What is Reiki?

Reiki rebalances the human biofield and supports self-healing and resistance to stress. By recalibrating the vibrational field of the individual at the subtlest level, their health and immune function is improved, creating an overall increase in endorphins. During a session, the practitioner can manipulate the flow of qi (life force) to treat a pain, disease or ailment, both physically and emotionally.
